The 2022 National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) season will be its 10th campaign.
Teams will begin preseason training tomorrow, as the league will feature 12 squads with the addition of expansion sides Angel City FC and San Diego Wave FC.
Training will start tomorrow in preparation for the third annual Challenge Cup, which will run from March 19 to May 7. The league will then pause and pick back up with a 22-game regular season, followed by the playoffs.
