Between time with MLS side FC Cincinnati and USL Championship clubs Phoenix Rising and Hartford Athletic, instability encompassed most of Logan Gdula’s (East Lyme, Conn.) 2019 season, his first as a professional.
He never made his debut with Cincy, the team that picked him No. 13 overall in the 2019 MLS SuperDraft, while the loan to Phoenix also came up empty. Another loan to Hartford produced 16 appearances across all competitions, but the right back never quite got settled.
That all should change in 2020, after Gdula signed late last week with USL Championship side Charleston Battery.
