Across the club soccer landscape, there tends to be an emphasis placed on what league a team competes in.
There’s definitely some merit to that, as top-end leagues attract top-end players and quality opponents challenge players to develop at faster rates. But leagues also aren’t the be-all-end-all they’re sometimes viewed as.
Through that lens, we've spotlighted 10 club soccer teams around New England that call different leagues home. We can’t highlight everyone, but we tried to spread the love around.
