It’s only been two months since members of the high school/prep Class of 2026 have been able to openly communicate with college coaches.
But rising juniors from the region are starting to make some college commitments. You could still call it a bit of slow drip, but decisions are certainly being made, particularly on the girls side.
In fact, two Class of 2026 girls players from Massachusetts have already chosen Big East program UConn as their college destination.
Both players still have two more seasons of high school/club soccer before arriving in Storrs, Conn., but here’s a closer look at them:
