Rachel Hill (Rollinsford, N.H.) believes a breakthrough is near for the Chicago Red Stars.
Back in 2019, the NWSL original finished as runner-up to the North Carolina Courage after finishing as semifinalists each year from 2015-18. Then in July 2020, they fell against midfielder Kristie Mewis (Hanson, Mass.) and the Houston Dash in the inaugural NWSL Challenge Cup final, nearly capping their stay in Utah with a trophy.
The Red Stars are one of the NWSL’s most consistent teams and the former UConn and Seacoast United star believes they’ll go one step further in 2021.
