Catherine Barry (Hingham, Mass.) has some unfinished business at South Carolina.
The forward has returned for her fifth year with the Gamecocks, where she had 85 points in 79 collegiate games, entering the 2024 season.
Barry put up nine goals and five assists last season, earning first team All-SEC and third-team All-American honors. Already this season, she has four goals and three assists in five games for 25th-ranked South Carolina.
Barry is also Tabor Academy’s all-time leading scorer and a former two-time NEPSAC Player of the Year. South Carolina coach Shelley Smith helped break down Barry’s skillset.
