This fall was the 20th anniversary of Nashua (N.H.) North High School opening for classes.
It was also the first time the North girls’ soccer team reached the New Hampshire Interscholastic Athletic Association (NHIAA) semifinals.
The Titans struggled to win many games on the girls’ soccer pitch during most of their first two decades. But North qualified for the playoffs in 2023, and the team had some lofty goals for 2024.
"We had high standards going into the year," said junior Sarah Frye. "We wanted to have a good playoff run and make the Final Four, those were the expectations."
