When the New England Revolution resume their 2020 regular season Aug. 21 at Gillette Stadium against the Philadelphia Union, it’ll begin a stretch of five matches in 18 days.
They’ll be played without fans due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as New England looks to build off a Round of 16 exit at the MLS is Back Tournament.
The Revolution are 1-1-3 so far, with clubs playing six matches during this first restart phase and another 12 during a second phase that’ll likely have details announced in early September.
