Ally Sentnor (Hanson, Mass.) has always admired when people pay it forward, whether it’s picking up the tab at a coffee shop or donating old items.
Now, those small acts of kindness inspired Sentnor during the COVID-19 pandemic to come up with her own initiative. In early April, Sentnor started the Kick It Forward campaign in partnership with United Kidz Soccer Development, a non-profit organization that’s based on Cape Cod.
Her campaign's a social media challenge whereby people tagged on Instagram are tasked with completing a random act of kindness for someone in their community. It includes a purple Kick It Forward card with details, and Sentnor got the ball rolling by delivering pizza to local gas station workers.
