Michelyne Pinard has seen a lot since taking over Williams in 2002, but a season like this one? Not so much. And she's brought the program national titles in 2015 and ‘17, plus eight NESCAC championships since 2004.
“I’ll be honest, this season has been one of the most challenging of my career with regard to external, unpredictable forces that have challenged us and pushed us,” Pinard said.
One has been weather, including an Elite Eight win over William Smith in a snowstorm. But injuries to key players have also taken their toll.
