A New Hampshire native has returned to New England to lead a Division 1 men’s soccer program in the region.
Northeastern Director of Athletics and Recreation Jim Madigan announced the hiring of Jeremy Bonomo as the next men's soccer head coach at Northeastern University. Bonomo is the eighth head coach in program history and joins the Huskies following nine seasons as the head coach at Green Bay.
A native of Pelham, N.H., Bonomo played collegiately at New Hampshire College (now Southern New Hampshire University), where he captained the team to three NCAA Tournaments, including two NCAA quarterfinal appearances and a national runner-up in 2002. He graduated with a degree in business before receiving his MBA in 2006.
