The expansion of Black Rock FC, the prep school-centric club soccer program, over the last half-dozen years has come quickly under CEO Jon Moodey.
But most of those steps forward — the USL League Two team, the residential program at Northwood and most of the prep academy teams — had come on the boys’ side. It was largely a natural byproduct of Moodey’s background as the transformative former coach at NEPSAC Class A powerhouse Berkshire.
