Four Massachusetts natives have been called into a U.S. U-17 women's national team camp in Lakewood Ranch, Fla., for friendlies against Mexico, England and Colombia.
FC Stars of Massachusetts standouts Michela Agresti (Swampscott, Mass.) and Samantha Agresti (Swampscott, Mass.) were part of the 26-player roster, as was Payton Linnehan (Douglas, Mass.). South Shore Selects forward Ally Sentnor (Hanson, Mass.) received her first call-up to the U-17s and is the sole 2004-born player called in by head coach Mark Carr.
The tournament will serve as a final evaluation period before the U.S. roster is selected for the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup, held in Uruguay from Nov. 13-Dec. 1.
