WINDSOR, Conn. – Another edition of the Northeast Soccer Jamboree was held this past Sunday on the campus of Loomis Chaffee, with around 150 college coaches from all across the country taking in NEPSAC action.
Whether it was top-ranked teams such as Stanford and Wake Forest or local Division 3 schools such as Tufts and Brandeis, they were all looking for program-changing recruits.
Some of those searches landed on underclassmen (freshmen and sophomores) whose profiles are only starting to grow. They’re the types of players who could develop into Allstate All-Americans or commit early.
After taking in the games, we’ve highlighted 10 such underclassmen who turned heads for one reason or another. We’ve also included an honorable-mention section with five names. You can check out the whole writeup below, with players sorted in alphabetical order.
