Wyatt Omsberg entered his first professional offseason with a set of instructions in hand.
The Scarborough, Maine, native and former Dartmouth star — and two-time Ivy League Defender of the Year — appeared in seven matches (four starts) during his rookie season with MLS side Minnesota United.
The interim period between his first pro season and the start of his second training camp offered a chance to recharge and lay the foundation for a successful second campaign in Minnesota.
Omsberg spoke with New England Soccer Journal from Minnesota in early January about how he keeps fit during the winter.
