Uncertainty around Ivy League soccer being played in 2020 continues to mount, with Harvard and Princeton announcing Monday adjusted plans for students returning to campus this fall. Yale announced similar intentions last week, and Brown followed suit Tuesday.
To one degree or another, each university will have limited on-campus capacity and continue with remote learning in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
As it relates to athletics, the Ivy League plans to announce its plans for fall sports this Wednesday. It’s been reported that the Division I conference will likely move football to the spring, raising questions as to whether soccer could follow suit.
