A second player on Seacoast United's U-17 Development Academy team has committed to play college soccer.
Center back Maxwell Murray (Kennebunkport, Maine), has given a verbal to the University of Vermont, following up on midfielder Addison Hicks giving his verbal to the University of New Hampshire.
Murray, 17 and a junior in high school, won't suit up for the Catamounts until the 2020 season. He called the decision a massive weight off his shoulders, now being able to focus on developing instead of getting recruited.
