It’s been a busy week for Class of 2022 recruiting around New England, and that's continued with center back Kelsie Wandyes (Sutton, Mass.) verbally committing to Fairfield University.
Wandyes competes for Worcester Academy and the FC Stars ECNL program, prompting interest from schools across the Patriot League, Northeast Conference and America East Conference.
But ultimately the pitch from head coach David Barrett won out, giving the Stags a quality defender as they seek their first MAAC championship since 2008.
