For Woodstock Academy, this fall has presented new beginnings.
For starters, first-year head coach Owen Finberg came on board to lead the Connecticut-based program. On top of that, Woodstock is part of a brand new high-caliber prep boys soccer league, called the Prep Premier League.
Judging by Woodstock’s record of 10-0-1 this fall, you could say the team has adapted quite well to the changes.
"I think we’re still certainly getting used to it and settling in some. But the transition has gone really smoothly," said Finberg, who is the Prep Premier League President. "It’s been, I’d say, as easy of a transition as I could’ve hoped or planned for."
