The Ivy League is on the rise in Division 1 women’s soccer, and the 2022 season was a perfect example of that.
Brown and Harvard both punched tickets to the NCAA Tournament, while Yale had a really strong season as well. Dartmouth is hitting the reset button, too, after moving on from head coach Ron Rainey last month.
But when assessing the region’s power players this fall, there were many head-turners beyond the Ivy League. Conference champions, breakout stars and top-end talents all defined the New England-centric landscape.
