
BOSTON -- Boston Unity Soccer Partners (BUSP) today unveiled the official brand identity and name of Boston’s newest sports team -- BOS Nation FC.
The team will kick off its inaugural season in 2026 as the 15th franchise of the National Women’s Soccer League
(NWSL). Led by the core ownership group, Jennifer Epstein, Controlling Owner and Managing Owners, Stephanie Connaughton, Anna Palmer and Ami Kuan Danoff, the team also announced additional investors, including actress and producer Elizabeth Banks and Olympic champion and Advocate Aly Raisman.
According to the club, this new identity embodies the strength, creativity, and pride of the city of Boston, its unique blend of old and new, its famed diehard fans, and its new generation of fans united by their love of the world's beautiful game, played by many of the best female athletes in the world. The club’s name doesn’t just represent the fans, it signifies a collective identity made up entirely of its fan base -- BOS Nation FC is an anagram for "Bostonian."
