FOXBOROUGH, Mass. – As of now, the New England Revolution Academy's territory for Homegrown Players extends a 75-mile radius from Gillette Stadium.
That casts a wide net, one that encompasses all of Rhode Island and the Greater Boston area, up north to Concord, N.H., east towards Cape Cod, and out west to Springfield, Mass., and Hartford, Conn. Even the islands of Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket off Massachusetts' coast are tossed in there.
