When players assess the college recruiting landscape, NESCAC programs are among the most sought-after destinations.
Home to high-end soccer and academics, NESCAC teams set the pace nationally in Division III. Look no further than Tufts winning four of the past six national championships (plus back-to-back ones), Amherst winning the 2015 title and Connecticut College making three straight NCAA tournaments. Middlebury and Williams are always in contention, too.
The main driver behind that success is quality talent, with coaches recruiting from across the country and internationally. Many NESCAC players are good enough to feature at Division I programs, they just happened to instead want a D-III experience.
Given all that, we’ve highlighted recruiting classes that are joining NESCAC teams in 2021. Additional names and programs will be added as they're accumulated.
