By this time next week, we’ll know what the NEPSAC boys tournament brackets look like.
Quarterfinal matches in all four Classes (A, B, C and D) will take place Wednesday, Nov. 15. Class A will be particularly intriguing to keep tabs on, as the highest level of New England prep soccer has numerous programs still doing what they can in this final week of the regular season to prove they are deserving of a spot in the postseason.
"This is the most parity, 1-10, in Class A that we’ve seen in a while," said one Class A head coach.
With that being said, New England Soccer Journal decided to have a go at figuring out which eight teams will make up the Class A playoff field. Keep in mind that most teams in the region have two regular season games remaining this week, and all teams have at least one game remaining. So, things can certainly change from now until Saturday.
