INDIO, Calif. — MLS Next Fest is a pivotal showcase for recruiting, providing players from across the country with an opportunity to impress college coaches under the desert sun.
The event is especially critical for uncommitted Class of 2025 prospects. These high school seniors are months away from making their college decisions, and MLS Next Fest is one of the final chances they’ll have to grab the attention of college programs. It's also an important tournament for Class of 2026 players as their recruiting journey starts to heat up.
MLS Next Fest did a great job promoting these players, holding Uncommitted All-Star Games and a U-17 All-Star Game in front of hundreds of coaches. I attended both. For my next list of standouts from the event, I wanted to highlight six uncommitted players who boosted their stock at MLS Next Fest.
