Natick coach Dave Wainwright has "no complaints" right now.
The No. 1 Redhawks took home their second MIAA Division 1 girls state championship in three years with a 2-0 win over No. 2 Bishop Feehan at Walpole on Saturday.
"Some of these kids were on that team [in 2021], and once they get a taste, success breeds success for these guys," Wainwright said. "They were hungry to go back and get another one, and this is what happened this year. It's been a compilation for these kids throughout their careers."
The win capped off a 21-1-1 season for Natick, who handed Feehan its first loss of the season (20-1-1).
