WEYMOUTH, Mass. — There was a lot at stake on Tuesday afternoon when Bay State Conference powers Needham and Weymouth squared off for the second and final time this fall.
First place in the Herget Division was on the line. Key Division 1 power rankings points were up for grabs. And both teams wanted to display their season-long growth with the postseason looming.
It resulted in a competitive, back-and-forth match that ended in a 0-0 draw on the turf at sunny Weymouth High School.
