It was an eventful 2021 men’s college soccer season in New England.
In Division 1, we saw the University of New Hampshire enjoy historic success, while Providence joined the Wildcats in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament and in the top 25 for much of the fall. In Division 2, Franklin Pierce University once again delivered a campaign that further solidified its place in the upper echelon of the D2 ranks. And in Division 3, Connecticut College captured its first-ever national championship.
Within all of that, and beyond, were some remarkable displays of individual talent.
In that spirit, the NESJ selected a 2021 men’s New England Player of the Year in each of the three college divisions. Here they are.
