The 2021 Division 1 men’s soccer season came to an end on Sunday.
It was Clemson, led by head coach and Connecticut native Mike Noonan, defeating Washington, 2-0, for the national championship in Cary, N.C. Clemson beat Notre Dame, and Washington defeated Georgetown in the semifinals on Friday night.
While the weekend’s College Cup didn’t feature any New England programs, it was still a phenomenal fall for many sides throughout the region.
