The 2024 New England prep school season is just about five months away, and it’s never too early to look ahead.
That’s particularly true in the perennially talented and competitive Independent School League (ISL), where programs undoubtedly already have their sights set on getting to the top of the standings and into the NEPSAC playoffs this coming fall.
In that spirit, we took this offseason opportunity to survey the 13 ISL girls coaches on a handful of questions: Who is the top returning field player in the ISL in 2024? Who is the top returning goalkeeper in the ISL in 2024? Who is a coach in the league you admire? Who is the hardest team to prepare for? Where is your favorite place to play in the league as a visiting team?
