With the University of New Hampshire women’s soccer team amid a “youth revolution," according to head coach Steve Welham, sophomore midfielder/forward Whitney Wiley is practically a veteran by comparison.
And based on Wednesday’s home match against Merrimack College, a 5-1 win in which Wiley notched two goals and one assist, the Virginia native is ready to thrive.
The Wildcats (2-0), who beat Northeastern two weekends ago, started five freshmen.
