Heading into the latest evolution of the most-unusual MLS season, the New England Revolution strengthened their roster Monday when acquiring midfielder Tommy McNamara and winger Kekuta Manneh via trade.
McNamara, a former All-Ivy League player at Brown University, arrives from the Houston Dynamo in exchange for Wilfried Zahibo and other considerations.
Manneh, previously a U.S. men’s national team call-in under Revolution sporting director/head coach Bruce Arena, comes from FC Cincinnati in exchange for a 2020 international roster slot.
