With the summer season nearly upon us, you might be wondering where the Premier Development League went. The answer, quite simply, is nowhere.
But PDL has a different look for 2019, rebranded as USL League Two with the same six clubs from the region – AC Connecticut, Black Rock FC, Boston Bolts, GPS Portland Phoenix, Seacoast United Phantoms and Western Mass. Pioneers – again grouped into the Northeast Division.
