The first week of Josh Shapiro’s time as Harvard head coach has been, in a word, busy.
Appointed to the role on Monday, his acclimation to life in Cambridge, Mass., has included everything from getting his office phone set up to starting a recruiting plan to beginning the search process for assistant coaches.
There are even small tasks to attend to at Tufts in nearby Medford, Mass., such as getting his 2019 Division 3 national championship ring sorted out. But, as Shapiro said, there are worse problems to have.
