Gatorade released its list of 2024-25 Girls Soccer Player of the Year award recipients for each state on Wednesday.
New England’s six winners include a three-time winner and a two-time winner, as well as commits to Division 1 programs South Carolina, Princeton, Syracuse, New Hampshire and Stonehill.
The Gatorade State Player of the Year award was established in 1985 to recognize the nation’s most outstanding high school student-athletes for their athletic excellence, academic achievement and exemplary character.
Gatorade will also recognize a girls soccer player as the National Player of the Year later this month.
