To call the Fall 2020 semester an unorthodox one for the Southern New Hampshire University men’s soccer team would be an understatement.
The Penmen, Division II national champions in 2013 and a perennial Northeast 10 Conference contender, were left doing remote learning. Head coach Josh Taylor has only been back to campus in Manchester, N.H., once since March, mostly to gather some belongings from when everything initially shut down.
Even further, SNHU has players scattered around the United States and European countries that range from France and Germany to Norway and Spain. Naturally, that led to staying connected virtually.
