The local Division 3 women's soccer season ended on Nov. 24, when Amherst narrowly fell to Emory and missed out on a trip to Final Four weekend in Las Vegas.
That ensures Williams' 2018 squad remains the last NCAA Tournament-winning group from New England. There have been recent semifinal squads, though, in Wesleyan (2021) and Tufts (2023).
As players and coaches alike process the season that was, we've ranked the region's top 10 teams -- one final time this year. Unsurprisingly, a NESCAC powerhouse leads the way.
