The 2023 college season is rapidly approaching, and one surefire sign is the year’s first United Soccer Coaches national poll was recently released.
Unsurprisingly, defending national champions Johns Hopkins take the No. 1 spot, after completing an undefeated 2022 season that ended by raising silverware.
But we’re looking at things through a New England-centric lens, a viewpoint that brings five programs into focus, including four from the vaunted NESCAC. Another team (Wesleyan) clocks in as an honorable mention.
