Without question, Brandeis senior forward Juliette Carreiro (Upton, Mass.) is one of the region’s top Division 3 women’s soccer players this year. After all, she’s coming off a 2021 campaign where she earned Third Team All-American and First Team All-UAA honors.
But to truly understand Carreiro’s career requires going beyond the on-field portions, where she’s trending toward 70 career points and remains the Judges’ top scoring threat.
Brandeis head coach Mary Shimko doesn’t offer the following comment lightly: "I think she has the ability to change not only a small corner of the world but a huge corner of the world."
