Ten years is a significant sample size for a soccer program.
Sustaining consistent success over a period of time that substantial is no easy task. Sure, there’s likely to be some up years, but it’s also very difficult to avoid those down years.
With that being said, New England Soccer Journal set out to see which New England programs have set the standard over the last 10 years, at various levels.
Today, we shine a light on Division 1 women’s soccer in the region. We’ve ranked the teams using subjective analysis, based on their overall winning percentage, conference performance, NCAA Tournament appearances and other factors. Here are the Top 5 programs of the past 10 years, covering the seasons from 2014-23.
