As followers of New England soccer, it's often easy to have tunnel vision and focus on just teams in the region. They're the ones in our own backyard, after all.
But many of New England's best players – prep school products and local stars alike – head beyond our region's six states for their college soccer experience. The allure of the ACC, Big East, Big Ten and other conferences plays a big role in that.
