Bienfait Badibanga, one of the most dynamic freshman players in Division 3 in these parts, sums up the difference between himself and his freshman brother, Eric, this way:
“He scores more. I create more,” he said. “I play almost every position. He plays every position in the front.”
In college soccer, an international game at all levels, differences among teammates are to be expected. But few programs have a construction like Norwich, whose student body — and soccer team — is split between cadets and civilians, native New Englanders and players who grew up all over the world.
