As the 2019-20 Development Academy season hits second gear around New England, clubs aren't just focusing on their games and practices. There's also an eye on the college soccer ranks, especially Division 1, to track how alums are faring.
So, let's take a look at the players you should be keeping an eye on from the region's five DA clubs. Those clubs are the New England Revolution, the Boston Bolts, Oakwood, Beachside and Seacoast United.
Of note, two of the region's top DA exports – Duke midfielder Jack Doran (Boston Bolts) and Saint Louis forward Simon Becher (Oakwood) – remain on the sidelines. Both carry realistic professional aspirations.
