Who were the best of the best during the 2023 season?
That question gets seemingly more difficult to answer each year, which is a testament to the depth and quality of Division 3 men's soccer across New England.
However, we've sifted through the region's top performers to identify New England Soccer Journal's Best XI. The group is organized in a 4-3-3 formation to reward a variety of players.
As always, narrowing down the list was no easy task. There were dozens of additional players who deserve praise for what they accomplished this fall.
