After three seasons in residency with the Seattle Sounders Academy, Austin Brummett (Bow, N.H.) has a new Major League Soccer youth home.
Brummett, a U.S. youth national team forward who soon turns 17, has moved to the New York Red Bulls U-19 team.
He's joined RBNY for the second half of the 2020-21 MLS NEXT season, landing with one of the country’s top academies. Remaining in the Northeast instead of being a cross-country flight away is a small bonus, too.
