Andrew Rent knows how to adapt to the situation in front of him.
In 2018, Rent led the line at Gorham (Maine) High School, earning All-American and Maine Class A Player of the Year honors, scoring 16 goals and adding nine assists along the way. As a sophomore he played in midfield, one year after the same team deployed him as a left back as a freshman. For his GPS club team, Rent plays center back, and for the GPS national team, Rent plays right back.
He may be utilized all over the field, but Rent is just happy to be playing.
