The New England boys prep soccer scene is loaded with perennial powers and talented rosters.
There are teams that you can pencil in for a great record and a NEPSAC playoff spot just about every year.
There are also teams in the region, each year, that fly a bit under radar, for whatever reason. Maybe they weren’t expected to be an elite squad in that particular fall, and maybe they weren’t included in any preseason top-10s. But when November rolls around, their resume still looks pretty darn good.
Here are five New England boys prep teams who have quietly had a very solid campaign in 2021.
