The USL League Two playoffs get going in full force today, and for fans in New England there is plenty to keep an eye on.
Three teams from the Northeast Division of the Eastern Conference qualified for the postseason.
The first-place Seacoast United Phantoms, a New Hampshire-based club, are in the mix after a 12-1-1 regular season. The Western Mass Pioneers took second in the division and qualified with a record of 11-3-0. And, finally, Vermont Green FC, which is in its first year of existence, qualified with a record of 9-4-1.
A total of 32 teams are in the playoff field, separated into four brackets, based on conference -- Eastern, Western, Central and Southern. The playoffs will wrap-up with the national championship scheduled for Aug. 6.
