Now that the 2017 boys prep soccer season has come and gone, it’s time to roll out year-end awards. And as is typically the case in a league that routinely sends players to top Division 1, 2 and 3 schools based on academic and athletic merit, picking just one for each honor is a difficult endeavor. Mindful of that, we’ve included players (and coaches) who were also in consideration.
But those who ultimately earned the awards are deserving, for they accomplished a great deal for their respective schools and routinely turned heads whenever on the pitch. In the coming days, keep an eye out for our final team rankings of 2017, as well as our First, Second and Third Best XIs.
