There’s a sizable NEFC envoy descending on Oceanside, Calif., from June 23-29.
After finishing regular-season games in the first-ever Girls Academy season, all six teams from the Massachusetts-based club have booked spots in the inaugural National Playoffs and Summer Showcase.
There’s still work to do – six national championships are there for the taking – but this accomplishment reinforces NEFC’s stature in the region. Their U-13, U-14, U-16 and U-19 teams all topped the Northeast Conference, while the U-17s qualified via a wild-card spot.
